Yotel

Originating in Tokyo, the bare essentials hotel rooms made for brief use are on their way to airport lounges, train stations and downtowns in cites around the world.

The human equivalent of a honeycomb for a night’s rest, London’s Yotel pods come in larger and more comfortable styles. These self-existing, mini hotel rooms come equipped with a bed, table, HD TV and Wi-Fi.

The Yotel pods offer stay for passengers awaiting their flights from four hours to over night. They are set to take over New York in 2011 with a location opening on 42nd and 10th street.
